OakRay Residential Care Homes’ story begins when our first care home opened in 2013, and we welcomed our first resident to live with, and be cared for, by us.
Since then, our homes have grown to four and at OakRay Care we pride ourselves on offering quality of care for those you care about. All residents have person centred care plans which illustrate the resident requirements and allows the home to offer a wide range of social activities on a daily basis.
The management team fully respect the resident’s individuality, privacy and ensure their dignity is central to the homes philosophy of care whilst promoting independence.
Our In house catering teams create delicious, nutritious home cooked meals using locally sourced ingredients where possible. Our care homes have a vibrant atmosphere, personalised rooms and we are confident our residents receive the highest quality of care, in comfortable, homely environments.
OakRay Care provides long and short term residential care as well as respite and day care. We also cater for couples in shared rooms facilities in all 4 locations.
Perfectly located in Sandown on the Southern coast of the Isle of Wight, Broadhurst accommodates 23 residents and provides 24 hour residential, respite and dementia care for the elderly in our lovely, spacious home. Residents benefit from their own private bedroom equipped with an en suite and there are shared rooms available where couples may choose to live together whilst receiving the care and support they both need.
Established just a few minutes away from the beautiful town and seafront of Ryde on the Isle of Wight, known as the ‘gateway’ to the Island. Accommodates 19 rooms, where every resident benefits from their own spacious and private bedroom equipped with an en suite. Our expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care and comfort of all our residents, specialising in particular with dementia care patients and those needing care with Alzheimer’s, Huntington’s and Parkinson’s Disease.
Situated in the midst of the New Forest in Fordingbridge, Hampshire has 24 bedrooms. With ample parking as you drive in, it holds a real feel of countryside living. The home also has a separate building which allows residents to feel more independent. There is a real family atmosphere here, where residents can feel comfortable as soon as they arrive.
Based in Totland on the Isle of Wight, Little Hayes is a beautifully maintained home with panoramic views across the bay. It has 32 single bedrooms all of which have en-suite facilities and are furnished to a high standard. The home is situated at the Western end of the Isle of Wight and set in one acre of peaceful, secluded and landscaped grounds. The home is within easy walking distance of local shops, on a main bus route and only a ten minute drive from Yarmouth and Wightlink Ferry Terminal.
